A coffee and sandwich shop using fresh produce serving great food and coffee with enthusiasm.
We went into this place as it was the closest sandwich option in our vicinity, we came out knowing we would be back. We ordered a role with a choice of filling which included falafel, harissa, and salad, the owner made some of his own recommendations that we agreed to, the roles were great. We also had a coffee which was very good.
It has to be stated without exception the service, taste, produce and coffee were all excellent. They use local produce where possible and engage with their customers with an interest and enthusiasm that made us leave feeling good. A good range of fillings including some that are not on offer in many sandwich stops, they also serve soup and cakes.
Tables and seats and some sofas to sit back and relax; this place is really about the food and the coffee. Having met the owner and his team we have no hesitation in recommending this place as one of the best sandwich, snack and coffee shops in Edinburgh.
