Jolly Ristorante & Pizzeria

eh1-banner-01This place is one of Edinburgh’s hidden gems and worth a visit if you are going as a couple or a large group; they cater well for both. The outside doesnt exactly lure you in and when you enter you might feel like you have just walked back in time, this is Jolly’s charm. The decor hasn’t been changed in twenty years and boasts family photos, football teams, Italian scenes and murals on the wall that were no doubt the part in the 80’s.

The service is quick with a friendly and the pizza’s are good value. They do a half pizza half pasta lunch (three coruse lunch for £5.30) offer so you can try both. They do pizza’s very well but some of their pasta dishes are less refined. They are log fired so the flavours of the pizza base are authentic and the toppings are varied and fresh, one of our favourites being the pizza Pino. They also do speedy deliveries. All in all if you are looking for a nice meal at a nice price eat in, take away or delivery you wont be disappointed at Jolly.
