Located in Bruntsfield with floor to ceiling windows (retaining the original wrought iron window surrounds) this place has a classic feel. Bare stone walls, wooden floors, white tiling, copper table tops and light fixtures this place is the kind of coffee bar we could spend many a morning, lunch time, afternoon……
There are seating options too, stools in the window for the people watchers, tables and chairs and a couple of sofas. They serve a tidy menu of brunch, lunch and sweet snacks and do very good coffee including a good flat white. A very good full Scottish breakfast cooked with local sausage and bacon served with toast. They use good produce and prepare and present in a way that even makes toast and jam seem exciting.
